You pay at the post office when you pick up your package. An extra fee applies.
You can also choose to be invoiced for your purchase. Place your order today and pay within 14 days. An extra fee applies.
Pleas be sure to provide your invoice number upon payment. In the event of delay of payment/non-payment, an interest rate of 9% will be added.

Normally the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to service facility. The receipt of payment serves as your guarantee certificate. Always save your receipt for the duration of the warranty!
If for some reason you do not pick up your package, you are responsible to pay the cost of shipping and any freight charges incurred.

If an item you order is not in stock, we will contact you and the item will be placed on backorder. When we receive the backordered item, we will send it to you. If you no longer want the backordered item, you can always contact the Hotel Posthuset Ltd. to cancel your order.
Normal delivery time is 1-6 working days. Discrepancies may occur. In such cases we will contact the customer. Hotel Posthuset Ltd. will not be held responsible to deliver out of stock or discontinued products. The shipping cost is always displayed in “the shopping basket”.
Hotel Posthuset Ltd. applies the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. This means that you, the customer are entitled to return your product within 14 days without specific reason. The goods must be returned in their new and unchanged condition and in the original packaging. Hotel Posthuset Ltd. reserves the right to charge the customer if something is missing from the original packaging, such as instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the product. Once we have received the goods, you will be refunded your money.

Be wary not to accept a package with visible defects that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. Instead file a complaint with the postal service immediately at the time of delivery and ask them to return the package to the Hotel Posthuset Ltd. and to write your reason for the return of the package.
